PRODUCTION SYSTEM
From wood working to finishing, our kitchen cabinets are crafted by people who care.

• Hand sort and select kiln-dried solid wood timber to use in our cabinetry. Check and keep moisture of wood timber below 10%.
• Cut solid wood timber in right width, length and thickness, and shape door profile. Rubber inserts are placed in the door frames to stabilize the panel and allow for expansion.
• Assemble face frames by blind mortise and tenon joint, an classic wood joinery method that is recognized as a sign of high quality. This creates a stronger joint and prevents splitting.
• All our glue assembled doors are placed under pressure for no less than 2 hours to guarantee strong and stable bonding of door stile and rail. Then kitchen cabinet doors are put in dehumidification room for no less than 24 hours, to get moisture distribution balanced.
• Kitchen cabinet doors, drawer fronts and face frames are surface sanded, fine sanded and then hand sanded, to eliminate cross grain scratches and create a smooth surface.

• The durable wood sealer is applied and then oven cured. Kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts are then sanded, dust removed, providing a smooth consistent surface in preparation for next finishing.
• Environmentally safe topcoat is applied to the kitchen cabinet doors. Our topcoat is a oven baked finish that extends the original color and clarity of the wood while standing up to everyday wear and tear.
• A final clear top coat is applied, the kitchen cabinet doors are again oven cured. Finished doors and drawer fronts 100% go through quality inspection and color consistency checking.
• We apply UV finish to the sides, tops, bottoms and shelves of kitchen cabinet box with automatic UV finishing line, providing a tough, durable surface.
• Grain enhancing stain and hand rubbed stain are sprayed and hand rubbed to enhance the wood grain characteristics. The surfaces are then dried and inspected.
• The durable wood sealer is applied and then oven cured. Kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts are then sanded, dust removed, providing a smooth consistent surface in preparation for next finishing.

Absolutely. For any defective, missing, wrong cabinet parts, VINA CABINETRY guarantee 100% free replacement on a following shipment. Quality is our core commitment to customers.
2. Where do you buy your material?
We get raw materials from qualified and legal Vietnam local suppliers. 100% of composite wood materials meet CARB 2 & EPA Title VI Standards. We don't use China imported material or components, our kitchen cabinets are 100% genuinely made in Vietnam.
3. Do you support custom sizes, colors and hardware?
Yes. We offer flexible customization on dimensions, finish colors and hardware, with samples available before mass production.
4. Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
Absolutely. We support OEM & ODM kitchen cabinet orders to meet North American market standards.
5. What is your kitchen cabinet production capacity?
Our factory has big production capacity of monthly 80 x 40HQ containers of RTA kitchen cabinets. We are developing the phase 2 cabinet production facility, and one year later the overall production capacity of kitchen cabinets will be doubled.
6. What is the payment term & price term?
Our cabinet order payment term is T/T 30% deposit when order is received, 70% after the containers are shipped.

7. How many kitchen cabinets do we need to order?
The minimum order VINA CABINETRY accept is one 40'ft container for each door style and color.
As a guide about 800 flat packed kitchen cabinets or bathroom vanities plus some trim pieces fit into a 40'ft container.

8. Can I mix colors in one container?
No. MOQ is one container per color. If you are a new business, we recommend you start with white shaker and you can get less popular colors from local cabinet distributors until you can purchase container load.
