QC SYSTEM
At Vina, Quality is an essential commitment. We are proud to supply high quality kitchen cabinets. We control quality from the timber to the finished kitchen cabinet, by well organized QC system, every kitchen cabinet goes through 30 QC checkpoints.
• When we receive solid wood timber, our inspector checks moisture, dimension and quality grade of the wood. Substandard timber will be rejected. The wood with higher moisture content is dried in the heating room.
• We carry out the first workpiece inspection and confirmation regulation. Every position is required to check the quality of the first piece, and make sure it meets quality standards before mass production of the kitchen cabinet order.
• Throughout the whole kitchen cabinet production, every working station does self-quality inspection of their work pieces.
• QC spot check cabinet production record and corresponding work piece. QC will stop production and conduct a correction procedure, when a problem is found.
• Before finishing, we run a few kitchen cabinet doors to check the quality of finish, color and sheen.
• During the finishing process, QC checks the color consistency every 30 minute for all paint colors.
• At the end of the finishing line, QC 100% checks every piece of kitchen cabinet door. Any defective piece is picked out and transferred to repair team, who decide whether to remake, refinish, or touch up.
• At the package department, QC team trial assemble every kitchen cabinet SKU to verify the fitness, construction, and dimensions.

WARRANTY
Warranty reflects our commitment to quality and formalizes our promise of customer satisfaction. Vina Cabinetry warrants to our customer, that all our kitchen cabinets and accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty runs for as long as you own our cabinets. This warranty is expressly limited to replacement of the defective part. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, misuse, abuse or negligence.
Claims
All claims for defective kitchen cabinets and accessories must be submitted to Vina Cabinetry in Email and specify the defects present in the cabinets and accessories and relevant purchase order number.
Free Replacement
There is no charge if the replacement product is an exact item that is: damaged due to improper package, defective cabinets parts and pieces, finish and color variations affected sale, shortage on delivery, missing or misplaced parts in our package. A free replacement will be processed and shipped on the next available container.
